13.20.060 Types of treatment available to onsite wastewater systems.

An individual or small onsite wastewater system may use any of the following types of treatment:
A. A conventional system consisting of a septic tank with a soil absorption system;
B. An aerobic treatment unit utilizing a sedimentation process in conjunction with a soil absorption system;
C. A septic tank with an evapotranspiration, an evapotranspiration-absorption, or a mound system;
D. A holding tank;
E. A septic tank with a graywater system; or
F. Stabilization ponds, if plans and specifications are prepared, submitted and approved in accordance with ARSD § 74:53:03.
