In special circumstances the Public Works Director may allow connections of sump pumps or clean water connections to the sanitary sewer. The Public Works Director, with the approval of the Common Council, shall establish written policies for the connection of sump pumps or other clean water sources to the sanitary sewer. Such policies shall include the parameters which will qualify for connection, the fees to be charged in connection therewith in addition to the rates for use of sewer, and such other matters as the Director shall deem appropriate.
