Any extension of city public infrastructure to accommodate individual service connections shall comply with the IDCM and the Standard Specifications. The cost for installation of sewer infrastructure within a new development is the sole responsibility of the owner except for oversize cost as provided for in Title 16. The city may, at the discretion of the Common Council, choose to pay for a portion of the cost to extend sewer infrastructure.
