The person holding a right to work permit shall notify the Public Works Director when the building sewer is ready for inspection and connection to the public sewer. The connection shall be made during the presence and under the inspection of the Public Works Director or representative. The inspection will include private individual wastewater pumping facilities and grease and sand interceptors when required by code. Grease and sand interceptors are considered as a component of the industrial waste permit within this chapter. Private individual wastewater pumping facilities will be considered as a facility governed by Title 15, and the fees will be in accordance with the provisions of Title 15.
