If it is necessary to tap a sewer at any place other than where an existing tap, tee, or a wye has been placed, the city will make a tap after a right to work permit has been issued and the appropriate fees are paid. The fees shall be set by resolution of the Common Council. Any tap, tee or wye that is not used shall be abandoned in accordance with Title 13 and the city’s Standard Specifications.
