A service inspection fee shall be charged by city and paid by permit holder to cover the cost of a field inspection and related administrative costs. Each inspection shall require the payment of an inspection fee as set by resolution of the Common Council. Each trip for inspection of the same section of the private sewer service line shall require the payment of a separate inspection fee.
